A handling fee of $10 per shipment will be added to all customers.

We use UPS Standard (Ground) for shipping to US and UPS Expedited (where available) to all other countries, fees at UPS actual rate (see chart) will be added to the invoice. Shipping usually takes about 5~10 business days. If you have a preferred courier account and ask to bill to you, then we won't charge for shipping. We also welcome use of air cargo for international shipment over 50 kg, please ask for updated rates of this option.

A few notes for air cargo service:
- minimum 50 kg per shipment
- handling charges $85.00 per shipment, plus
- shipping fee $3~$6 per kilogram depending on destination
- Customs clearance at customer side may be required
- all rates in Canadian Dollar
