When Kazuki declares that he doesn't have a book to sell at the next Comic Party, he's free to wander around the doujinshi where he meeets Subaru Mikage, a kung fu supergirl who's vengeance requires her to fight all evil and save the world.
Soon after their encounter, mayhem ensues when a bomb explodes, and together they join forces to create the Comi Rangers, a group of crime-fighters destined to protect the Comic Party from utter chaos. With time ticking away, the superheroes are out to fight for the right to Comic Party!
