How does ePO work?
When you use your credit card to make purchase at Sakura Media,
no matter through telephone or fax, our staff will keep your credit card information as a record at an offline
and secured space. Next time when you shop again at Sakura Media and would like to use the same credit card
information to make your purchase, you may select "ePO" to notify us, so that you do not need to wait for our
phone calls, or we do not have to wait for your fax, for your credit card information. Once you checked out and
sent your order, we will retrieve your credit card information from our file and proccess your order immediately.
This speed up the entire proccess and thus you would be able to get the stuff you order faster.

Why ePO?
It's FAST!
No more trouble-making phone calls or fax to send us your credit card information. Purchase will be
done from the record we have on file. This means once your order is sent, we will be able to proccess
your order immediately without waiting for your credit card information, which speeds up the
entire proccess.
It's SAFE!
Since your entire credit card number WILL NOT be transmitted through the website, you do not
have to worry about hackers to steal your credit card information (the partial credit card number
you submit for verification is useless for them, but only useful to us). You will have to enter
a few pieces of information to verify, which prevents other people from using your record. In addition,
all of your credit card information are stored in a secured offline space (it is not even a computer). No staff
other than those who need to proccess your order have access to your information.
It's EASY!
All you need to do is to select "ePO" for your payment option and entre a few pieces of
information for verification. That's it! By the time you receive your invoice, your order
is ready to be proccessed and shipped.

Instructions on ePO Checkout
1. When you proceed to "Payment Method" (STEP 3) in the Checkout Wizard, select "ePO",
and click "Next".
2. The Checkout Wizard will ask you again if you are a returning customer who had used
credit card to make purchase at Sakura Media before. If you are, click "Yes".
3. A few pieces of information for verification are required to prevent your ePO information
from being used by anyone else. Please enter the name as appears on your credit card, the
last 4 digits of your credit card number, the name of the bank / institution which issues
your card, and the expiration of your credit card (in "MM/YY" format).
For example if your credit card expires on September 19, 2005, then enter "09/05".
4. If you have any special instructions or suggestions for us, please enter them in the text
area below.
5. Click "Next" to proceed to the reviewing your order page.
