Paying by Credit Card through Fax
If you would like to make your purchase by credit card, you may complete a form with your credit card information and fax it back to us. Our staff will then proccess the payment and your order will be packaged and shipped.

How does it work?

After we calculate everything and review your order information, we will send you an invoice to your e-mail. Your invoice (e-mail) will contain a Credit Card Information form at the bottom. Please complete the form with your credit card number, the expiration of your card, the name as appears on the card, and the name of the bank or institution which issues your card. Fax it back to us at 1.604.873.9884.

When to fax?

Our fax line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So you may fax it anytime you like within 48 hours after the time we send you the invoice.

Verification with the bank

Please make sure the billing information you provide in "who should we bill to" (STEP 4) in the Checkout Wizard is the same as the billing information for your credit card. After we obtain your credit card information, we would call the card centre and verifiy it using the billing information (name, address, and telephone number). If it does not match the card centre's information, we will not procceed any transactions with your card and your order will be cancelled. This prevents your credit card from being used by anyone else. Verification will only be done at the first time. If you are an ePO user next time, we will proccess your payment immediately upon receving your order, as long as the billing address stays the same.

If you live outside Canada and the U.S.

If you are an international customer (outside Canada and the U.S.), you would also have to fax us your I.D. and the front and back of your credit card. Please photocopy a piece of a legal PHOTO I.D. (this could be your I.D. card, your driver license, or your passport) of your country, and the front and back of the card, and fax everything back with the completed Credit Card Information form. This is REQUIRED for all international users for security purpose. We appreciate your understanding.
