If you wish to order an item that is temporary out of stock, you may add the item to your WishList. The procedure to add an item to the WishList is similar to the way you add an in-stock item to your shopping cart, only that we do not charge you anything yet when you checkout. If you order in-stock item(s) and have items that are added to the WishList, the prices of the items on your WishList will not be added to the total.

When any of the items on your WishList becomes available, a notification e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that we will not be holding any items for you. It you would still like to buy the item, you may do an regular checkout for it.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR PRE-ORDERING 2003 CALENDARS:

Pre-order online

If you would like to pre-order the 2003 calendar, simply click on the "2003 Calendar" banner and a list of available calendars will be shown. Add the calendar you want to your WishList and an notification e-mail will be sent to you when it arrives. Pre-ordering a 2003 calendar does NOT required a deposit. However, when the item arrives it is the customer's responsibility to order it as soon as possible and we will not hold the calendar for the customer.

Pre-order in retail store

If you would like to come to our Richmond or Vancouver retail store to pre-order your 2003 calendar, a $10.00 deposit is REQUIRED. You may pay your deposit in cash, by credit card (VISA / MASTER / AE), or by Interact. When the calendar arrives, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. We will hold the calendar for you for and you MUST come to our store to pick it up within 7 DAYS, or your deposit will not be returned to you. If you do not wish to pay a deposit, you may pre-order the calendar online (please read the above instructions). However, we will not be holding the item for you and you would have to pick it up as soon as possible.
