To ensure the quality of our video products, all of our videos are tested on the following system before putting to sale:

- Pioneer DVD ROM
- ASUS AGP - V6800 DDR SGRAM Video Card
- ASUSDVD 2000 Version 2.55

If you are returning a defected video (DVD or VCD), this is the system we will use for examination.

All of our domestic DVDs should have no problem playing in DVD players available in North America. Import DVDs, however, may require a all-region DVD player. PlayStation 2 is NOT RECOMMANDED for playing import DVDs.

 

Translations of import DVDs have been a major concern for our customers. We have checked the translations of the import DVDs and ratings are given to grade the quality of the translations. This is shown in the prodcut detail page under the "Specifications" section. A 5-Swirl is awarded for excellent translations, while A 1-Swirl is given for poor translations. For most people, A 3-Swirl translations should be well-understandable while some spelling and grammar mistakes may occur. In addition, names of the characters may be off from the original ones (for example, Gundam may become "Gaota") in a 3-Swirl translations. Refunds or exchange for video products due to the quality of translations WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Customers are expected to check the translation rating before purchasing import DVDs.
