An illustrated collection is a collection of works by a certain artist or group of artists, usually in full colour with some black and white works and/or sketches. Most are based on one particular manga series or video game design the artist(s) have done, with additives from other smaller series or designs.

Vampire Miyu: Narumi Kakinouchi Illustrations feature the art of the original creator of the Vampire Miyu series. The book is 80 pages of full-coloured illustrations from not only the Vampire Miyu series, but the New Vampire Princess Miyu series, Vampire Yui, the Wanderer, Dahlia the Vampire, Code Name wa Charmer, and a few selected cover illustrations from smaller works. It also contains a brief interview with Kakinouchi.

Vampire Princess Miyu comprises of five volumes, and the story is continued in the New Vampire Princess Miyu manga series, drawn by Kakinouchi and directed by Toshiki Hirano. The New Vampire Princess series is currently in its sixth volume and is published monthly in Susperia. Other works by Kakinouchi include: Vampire Yui, Vampire Dahlia, the Wanderer, Code Name wa Charmer, and more.
